PR domain containing 1 with zinc finger domain (PRDM1)/B lymphocyte–induced maturation protein 1 (BLIMP1) is a transcriptional repressor. PRDM1 plays fundamentally important roles in many cell lineages and in the early development of several cell types, including B and T lymphocytes, germ cells and photoreceptor cells. This lentivirus expresses human PRDM1 under the control of the Tet promoter.
