Plasmid Midiprep Purification Kit contains a unique Midi-spin column and a high-efficiency lysis buffer system to yield 100 to 300 μg of high purity plasmid DNA from 20 to 100 ml bacterial cultures. The buffer system removes both endotoxinand endonuclease, therefore, high-purity plasmid DNA purified using this kit is suitable to perform subsequent applications such as PCR, restriction digestion, cloning, automated DNA sequencing, southern blot, in vitro transcription assay and transfection.

Features

Easy to operate: Spin Column format, similar to miniprep.
High Yield: Each reaction is capable of purifying 100~300 µg plasmid DNA from 20~100 ml bacterial suspension.
High Purity: Plasmid DNA purified with removal of endotoxins, and can perform transfectionand automatic sequencing.
Fast: The whole process can be done within an hour.
