HF-Taq DNA Polymerase
Prepared by mixing two thermal DNA polymerases, HF-Taq possesses both 5′-3′ DNA polymerase and 3′-5′ proofreading exonuclease activities. It offers high fidelity and higher processivity than Pfu DNA polymerases, making it more economical than Pfu. In addition, HF-Taq is resistant to temperatures higher than 95°C and retains higher activity than most other DNA polymerases, even after longer exposure to heat.
